All high school basketball players should understand how important the months of September and October are for recruiting. September 7- October 14 is the last contact period before March 1! This time of the year is VERY significant if you are SERIOUS about playing college basketball, regardless of what graduating class you are in.
September is huge for unsigned seniors and a very critical time. Most Division 1 schools have already given out their offers for the current recruiting class. Final evaluations have been finished and they have began to recruit future classes. NCAA D2, D3 and NAIA recruiting will begin to pick up significantly around this time. This is the perfect time to be proactive and reach out to us! While everyone else is waiting for college coaches to come to them after the season, you will have a head start on all the competition!
