Henry Blair Jr. is a 6’3″ (215lbs) guard that is built like a SEC Linebacker. He has a college ready body & uses it to attack the rim with power and force. Henry is known for his strong finishes at the rim through contact. However, watching Henry help transform Long County boys basketball team into a winning program has been inspiring to watch. The year (2014-2015) before Henry transferred to Long County, the team was at the bottom of the region standings (6-22). Henry transferred in his sophomore year and the team jumped to 20-8 & earned a Region Championship. Winning basketball games and making his teammates better is Henry’s #1 goal. Henry was named 2nd Team All-Region (2015-2016) and the earned 1st Team All-Region following his junior campaign (2016-2107). The #PROMovement Staff expects Henry to have an excellent senior season and emerge as one of the premier South Georgia prospects.

Henry Blair Jr. has to potential to be an excellent collegiate prospect. His frame & physical attributes will allow him to compete right away. What we like the most about Henry is his worth ethic, drive & passion to win basketball games. Those traits enhance a player’s “on court abilities” & definitely increase his ceiling at the next level. Henry is also a student-athlete you can trust on and off the court. He currently holds a 3.6 GPA and looks to increase that his senior year as well! Henry plans to study Journalism, Broadcasting or Mass Communications in college.
