Tarver is an offensive minded guard that can score in bunches once he gets going. He is relatively under the radar statewide right now, but could have a coming out party in 2019-20. Last season, the 6-foot sparkplug helped lead his Howard Huskies to a GHSA Sweet 16 appearance and is in good position to make another deep run this year. Don’t be surprised to start hearing Tarver’s name mentioned more moving forward.
