Chris Chumney is a 6’0″ Combo Guard from Southside Christian School (SC). Chumney has the ability to play both guard positions effectively. With the ability to shoot off the dribble and create for his teammates, Chumney often plays the role of the playmaker for his high school team. Utilizing his high basketball IQ, Chumney is a very dependable decision maker on the court. Poised, composed & always under control, the crafty combo guard makes a BIG IMPACT every time he steps on the court.

Chumney has been playing at a high level this season but has stepped up even more as region play has arrived. Averaging 18ppg and shooting over 47% from beyond the arc in his last 5 games. College coaches looking for a talented guard with a high ceiling need to take a serious look at Chris Chumney.

Chris Chumney has the potential to be a very special collegiate basketball player. Much more than just a stationary shooter, Chumney is excellent at creating his own shoot off the dribble, as well as using his court vision to set teammates up. However, the #PRO Movement staff loves Chumney also takes care of his business in the classroom. Currently holding a 3.4 GPA paired with a 1100 SAT score. Chumney plans to pursue a degree in Business.
