6’1″ combo guard Radaren “RJ” Johnson has signed with Olive-Harvey College to continue his academic and athletic career! RJ played at Thomson High School in Thomson, Georgia. As a senior, RJ led his team to the Elite 8 in Class 4A. RJ was a McDonald’s All-American Nominee after averaging 19.7 points, 10.1 rebounds, 3.6 assists, 2.9 steals and 1.7 blocks per game. Olive-Harvey plays in the competitive City Colleges of Chicago Conference as well as NJCAA Region IV. Region IV is considered to be one of the toughest regions in the nation! OHC is always ranked in the top of the conference and in region play. In 2014-15 season Olive-Harvey was ranked #19 in the country. The program has consistently sent their players to 4 year programs and quite a few players have made it to the professional level. We expect RJ to have a great career at Olive-Harvey.
