After being recruited schools such as Central State, Kentucky State, Paine, U Pike & Bryan, John has decided to end his recruitment. Payne has committed to Tennessee Wesleyan! The Bulldogs compete in the competitive Appalachian Athletic Conference, which is a member of the NAIA.
Former Assistant Coach Ray Stone has been promoted to lead the program next season, entering his 1st season as Head Coach.
